In my quest to update all client libraries to use the current XIVAPI v2 endpoints. This PR hopes to port the work of xivapi-js and xivapi-py.
With the help of
rake, I added linting and testing on pushing to the master branch before building with YARD. I will be working through the documentation for this over this next week!Please let me know what you think, I will draft for now until I finish this.
