Keeps the structured .yml GitHub Forms templates (1-bug-report.yml, 2-feature-request.yml) and removes the older freeform .md equivalents. The .yml templates have dropdowns, validation, and correct label assignments; the .md versions added nothing beyond what the .yml ones already cover.
