Removes Linear agent integration docs since the legacy connector path is being removed from the dashboard.

Changes:

• Deleted agent/linear.mdx (and locale equivalents)
• Removed Linear references from agent/index.mdx, dashboard/audit-logs.mdx, and locale equivalents
• Removed nav entries from docs.json and locale JSONs
• Added redirects from /agent/linear (and locales) to /agent
• Unlinked references in changelog entries (kept historical text)

Overview
Removes the Linear agent integration documentation, including deleting agent/linear.mdx and its ES/FR/ZH locale equivalents, and removing Linear from the Agent landing pages and “Next steps” cards.

Updates site navigation/config (docs.json and locale JSONs) and other docs references (audit log category descriptions and changelog copy) to no longer link to /agent/linear, and adds redirects from /agent/linear (and locale paths) to the relevant Agent index pages. Also updates Slack/Notion pages’ install screenshots/alt text to reflect the removal of the Linear button.
