- docs: add scope pointer and deletion-protection note to Cloud Run tutorial
- Updated text of what mind update does
Add tutorial for reporting Cloud Run services and jobs to Kosli via `kosli snapshot cloud-run`, covering both a CLI quick-test path and a production scheduled Cloud Run Job.
