The AWS-backed test jobs now target
docker.io/dockereng/github-builder-testand use the Docker public bot credentials. The duplicate Docker Hub job groups were removed, and the mixed GHCR plus AWS coverage was renamed and converted to GHCR plus Docker Hub coverage.This removes the test workflow dependency on
secrets.AWS_ACCESS_KEY_IDandsecrets.AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEYwhile preserving the existing registry authentication and verification coverage.
