Pull request overview
Updates the PR→JIRA GitHub Actions workflow so that JIRA validation runs on PR title edits, while avoiding running on other “edited” changes (e.g., body edits).
Changes:
- Add
editedto thepull_requestevent types so the workflow can react to PR edits. - Gate the reusable JIRA workflow job to run on
editedevents only when the PR title actually changed.
