Updated the description and references from 'Factory' to 'Droid' in the settings documentation. Remove unflagged settings.

Removed example workflows and detailed explanations to streamline the documentation. Updated instructions for activating Spec Mode and saving specifications.
Updated the formatting of the writing effective requests section for clarity.

Why
This keeps the PR focused on the Auto-Run to Autonomy Level rename, the page rewrite, and the nav prominence change without carrying unrelated Quickstart, Zed, or Spec Mode rewrites.
