[feature]: Add a way to disable unwanted features

### Summary

Hi there,

I was looking to see if it is possible to add a way to disable some of the features that are unwanted (clutter e.g. upvotes/downvotes, item properties, etc.)

### Why should this be worked on?

A lot of these features simply have created clutter for our team, and are not needed.
