[Sistent Docs] Add scroll-padding to headers

Description

When you click on an anchor link in the on-page navigation, the scrolling hides the header under the navbar. Adding some scroll-padding would improve UX.

Expected Behavior

There should be some scroll-padding to prevent the header from disappearing under the navbar.

The issue of headers disappearing under the navbar when clicking on an anchor link is due to lack of scroll-padding. I'd handle this by adding CSS to adjust the scroll-padding to ensure headers remain visible. I can have a PR ready in 2 days. I've tackled similar UX improvements in other React/Gatsby projects.
