feat: Angular 22 Support

Describe the Feature Request

Currently, official support for Angular is up to 20, in v9 it's up to 21. Angular 22 was released June 3rd, 2026 and Ionic Framework should support it.

Describe the Use Case

People would like to be able to use Angular 22 with Ionic Framework.
