Bucket Lifecycle not saved in usage tables

Hey everyone,

Our team has successfully configured several object storage buckets using CEPH RGW as the backend in Apache CloudStack. However, we've noticed that the usage_event table in the database is not being populated, so no usage records are being registered.

We are trying to determine if this is due to a missing configuration step on our end or if it's a known bug.

Our Setup:

Apache CloudStack: 4.22.0
Backend: CEPH RGW Object Storage

Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows which specific parameters we should verify in CloudStack or CEPH to trigger these usage events?
