Full-block field labels don't announce themselves as editable, they only call themselves value or replaceable value. Please see screenshots below for examples.

Example: the previous implementation would output "Variable 'list', list box pop-up collapsed, combo box". Apart from the verbose "dropdown" part of this output, it doesn't tell you that the value can be change, only that the block can be swapped out.
Example: the previous implementation would output "10, button", though preference would be "10, number, button". The current output does not infer that this value is editable.
