Hello MiniMax Support,

I am a paying customer with an active subscription to your API services. However, I am currently experiencing two critical issues:

1- Frequent Error 524 – I keep getting "Error 524: A timeout occurred" when making API requests.

2- Very slow API response times – Even when requests go through, the responses are extremely slow.

This has been happening consistently, and it’s severely impacting my ability to use your API effectively.

Could you please investigate this issue on your end as soon as possible?
